By contacting us about website services, you agree to the following:

1. Consultation Contact Agreement
2. This Agreement is made between the administrator(s) of I Want to Give You Money.com, hereafter referred to as “the Consultant,” and any individual, entity, or representative (hereafter “the Contacting Party”) who initiates contact regarding website/app development, design, consulting, or related services.
3. Contact Fee Requirement
   By initiating contact with the Consultant through email, phone, social media, or any other communication channel regarding potential web services, the Contacting Party agrees to pay a non-refundable consultation fee of $500 USD.
4. Agreement to Terms
   Contacting the Consultant constitutes an agreement to these terms, regardless of whether the Consultant’s recommendations are followed or not.
5. Scope of Fee
   This fee covers the Consultant’s time in reviewing the inquiry and any preliminary response provided. Your company or organizations name will then be presented on our site as a sponsor for a minimum of six months.
6. Payment Terms
   Invoices for the contact fee will be issued upon initial inquiry and must be paid within 30 days. Failure to remit payment may result in a refusal to engage in further communication.
7. Exceptions
   This agreement does not apply to pre-existing clients, or those explicitly exempted by the Consultant in writing.
